As a PM, you own the full lifecycle—from problem discovery to go-to-market—aligning product work with business outcomes.</span></span><br></p>\n<p><span><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span><span>A successful candidate will:</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Define product vision and strategy in collaboration with leadership</span><span>, Engineering, </span><span>Sales</span><span> and </span><span>Marketing.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Own the product roadmap, prioritize initiatives, and align them with company OKRs.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Lead discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and market opportunities.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to define and deliver solutions.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Translate customer insights and data into actionable product decisions.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Communicate product updates, priorities, and results to stakeholders and executives.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Define and track KPIs to measure feature success and overall product health.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Supporting the </span><span>Programme</span><span> Management function in creating a best-in-class product creation </span><span>process.</span></span><br></li>\n<li><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><span>Requirements:</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>3</span><span>-5</span><span> years of experience in product </span><span>role</span><span> in a tech</span><br><span>driven company.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Proven </span><span>track record</span><span> of launching successful B2B products.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Strong strategic thinking with excellent execution and delivery skills.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Comfortable with both high-level product planning and low-level detail work.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Ability to work independently, prioritize ruthlessly, and navigate ambiguity.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience with customer interviews, product analytics tools, and roadmap management platforms.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Excellent storytelling and influence skills—especially when aligning diverse stakeholders.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience in dealing with large data sets from various </span><span>sources.</span><br></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span><span>Nice to have</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience in SaaS, fintech, data platforms, or B2B software environments.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Exposure to API-driven products or backend-heavy systems.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience working in a Maturing Product environment. </span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Experience with Product Tools such as Figma, Confluence etc.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>Familiarity with user journey mapping, service design, and </span><span>experimentation.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span><span>MBA or advanced business/technical</span><span>/mathematical </span><span>degree.</span></span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span><br></span></p>",
