    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Reporting to the Team Leader, the Claims Advisor is responsible for investigating and settling first-party automobile claims while delivering an exceptional customer experience.</span></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>What To Expect ?</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Report to the Team Leader and will be responsible for investigating and settling first-party automobile claims.</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Guide Customers through FNOL by telephone: Set up the FNOL, sharing contact details and ensuring the customer knows the next steps in their claims journey.</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Provide prompt, courteous, accurate and fair claims service to all customers, internal and external.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Taking ownership of each call, handling it until resolution is reached, which includes follow-up, as necessary to ensure that the actions promised to the caller are completed</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Fully explain the claim process to all customers in a way they’ll easily understand.</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Confirm whether claims are covered under a customer’s policy</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Ensure all claims are promptly investigated</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Work with the customer and preferred vendors to determine the best way to resolve the claim</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Maintain detailed file records by entering pertinent data into the appropriate systems</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Process claims payments within your authority level</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Initiate salvage and subrogation procedures on assigned claims</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Achieve the targeted number of assigned claims per year, while living our core values and meeting competencies</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Achieve and maintain a file disposition rate of 100% on a monthly basis.</span></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>What You Bring?</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Minimum high school diploma required</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Experience handling automobile with a good understanding of terminology and auto policies</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Previous customer service and call centre experience is a definite asset</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Excellent keyboarding skills and ability to navigate through numerous screens and systems quickly and easily</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Professional, friendly and courteous to customers</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Able to thrive under pressure and remain calm</span></li><li style=\"color: black;\"><span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</span></li><li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Full fluency in both French and English is required</span></li></ul><p><span style=\"color: black;\">***Our operating hours are between the hours of&nbsp;</span>8 <span style=\"color: black;\">am -&nbsp;</span>7<span style=\"color: black;\">pm EST***</span></p><p><strong>Salary Range: </strong>$45,000- $82,100</p>",
