    "description_html": "<p>Provide service and customer support during field visits related to warranty and product installation.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Job Responsibilities/Key Accountabilities</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Lead all activities related to field service work.</li><li>Maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal laws within OSHA, EPA, and labor laws.</li><li>Follow all rules established by the site.</li><li>Coordinate activities with customers and their contractors while on site.</li><li>Perform supervisory activities with site installations.</li><li>Document and record all field service activities.</li><li>Perform activities to install or repair electrical, mechanical, paint, or fabricated systems.</li><li>Use hand tools, powered tools, work at heights, use personal lifts, etc.</li><li>Be the point of contact with customer with new or ongoing issues.</li><li>Maintain service vehicle.</li><li>Manage on-site employee performance, resolve concerns, and communicate clearly with Field Service Manager.</li><li>Train employees in new responsibilities and assist in production-related duties when needed or when not traveling.</li><li>Interface with other shop supervisors, staff, production management, production supporting design engineers and management.</li><li>Follow all established quality guidelines.</li><li>Maintain a clean and orderly work area.</li><li>Perform manufacturing and maintenance duties between field service trips.</li><li>Perform additional duties as requested.</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Licenses/Certifications: </strong>YES</p><ul><li>If yes, please list all requirements:</li><li>Complete and maintain the 30-hour OSHA certification.</li><li>Valid driver’s license.</li><li>Passport</li></ul><p><br></p>",
