          "text": "<p></p>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience and success in a similar general sports management role with at least 5-7 years cricket experience </li>\n<li>Proven leadership ability with results that demonstrate the capability to build high performing teams and create a positive organisational culture </li>\n<li>Strong managerial, organizational and administrative skills including the ability to prepare reports, and provide feedback concerning selection and non selection </li>\n<li>An understanding and appreciation of the game of cricket</li>\n<li>Knowledge of the structure and operations of cricket</li>\n<li>An intimate knowledge of sporting program development and tour/team management</li>\n<li>Knowledge of any associated regulations, policies and practices required for the position</li>\n</ul>\n</div>\n<ul>Self-motivation and drive for result</ul>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"_mce_tagged_br\">Proficiency with Powerpoint and Excel.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A passion for women’s economic opportunities</li>\n<li>Must commit to 2-3 days a week for 3 months </li>\n</ul>",
