Beyond design, you will coordinate and manage suppliers to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery of components.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br><ul><li>Develop 3D CAD models and detailed drawings for vehicle hardware components.</li><li>Ensure all designs comply with relevant automotive standards and regulations.</li><li>Apply DFA and DFM principles to create efficient, cost-effective, and production-ready designs.</li><li>Select appropriate manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, injection molding, sheet metal, additive manufacturing) and materials for each part.</li><li>Validate designs and support assembly and integration.</li><li>Source, select, and manage external suppliers, ensuring quality and cost targets are met.</li><li>Oversee supplier production runs, quality control, and delivery schedules.</li><li>Continuously optimize designs for reliability, scalability, and performance.</li></ul>"
