We are committed to a safe work environment sending every person home safe and healthy every day and leaving a sustainable legacy on our host communities.&nbsp;</span></span></p><p style=\"background-color: white; line-height: normal; margin-bottom: 0in;\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 85, 126); font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"EN\" style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Manage compliance systems for water related programs and permits, including water pollution control permits, potable water permits, stormwater permits, and dewatering programs.</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Preparation of Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual Water Pollution Control Permit reports.</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Support hydrologic investigations, planning, projects and reporting.</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Coordinate permitting activities associated with the water management needs of the site, including review of application/modification designs and packages.</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Provide supervision and support of well drilling and design.</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Ability to work with multiple stakeholders with varying levels of management and expertise across Cortez and NGM.</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Coordinate projects with contractors, adhere to budgets, and direct contractor work.</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Coordinate with company subject-matter experts on complex compliance or water-related issues.</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Collect, review, and analyze water level data and water quality samples from monitoring wells.&nbsp;</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Collect, review, and analyze water quality parameters, and determine geochemical trends.&nbsp;</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Manage data quality and generate reports based on established data quality objectives.</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Maintain systems and programs to ensure permit compliance including accompanying regulatory inspectors on periodic inspections of work areas on and off the mine site.</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Provide training, mentoring, and supervisory support to Environmental staff and other NGM employees, and contractors.</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Align work practices with NGM Health, Safety, and Environmental ISO 14001 and 45001 standards. Lead by example and promote the NGM Safety and Environmental programs and initiatives.</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Responsible for periodic after-hours on-call response to environmental incidents, as needed.</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">This position requires walking over uneven, sloped, rocky, wet, or icy ground and the ability to lift 40 or more pounds consistently and safely.&nbsp;</span></span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Perform other duties as assigned.</span></span></li></ul><p style=\"background-color: white;
