Education Doctoral degree required: PhD in Clinical Psychology, or PhD in Counseling Psychology, or PsyD from an accredited program. Licensure & Certifications Current, unrestricted California Psychology License required. American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) certification must be obtained within six (6) months of employment. Must successfully complete Monterey County 5150 Training and maintain annual authorization as a 5150 Professional Staff member. Must maintain all required licenses, certifications, and credentials throughout employment. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of child and adolescent development, psychopathology, and evidence-based treatment practices.
