This role is responsible for managing field operations, coordinating with project managers to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with budget and schedule expectations.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, deep knowledge of mechanical systems, and the ability to drive productivity while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
