Chrysalis Consulting Group is a for-profit company owned by Aunt Martha&rsquo;s Health &amp; Wellness.</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>SUMMARY:</u></strong></p><p><strong>CARES is a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week,</strong> Medicaid-funded mental health crisis line for children, adolescents, and adult Illinois residents. The nature of the work associated with the Crisis Call Center is to provide resources to callers who<u>&nbsp;</u>are experiencing a suicidal, self-harming, aggressive, and/or psychotic episode and need therapeutic support.</p><p>Line Agents are responsible for taking incoming crisis calls, completing an initial clinical assessment, and determining the next level of service. The Line Agent is responsible for dispatching referrals in a timely manner, making subsequent follow-up calls as needed, and ensuring the quality and integrity of data entry.</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong><u>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</u>&nbsp;</strong><strong>include but are not limited to the following:</strong></p><p><strong>Administration: Have the ability to multitask duties and systems, which include but are not limited to: answering crisis calls, completing initial clinical assessments, identifying outcomes and follow-up services, utilizing spreadsheets, and navigating computer-based data entry programs.</strong></p><p><strong><u>Communication</u></strong><strong>:</strong> Effective and consistent written and verbal communication is required both internally and externally. &nbsp;Provide clear, accurate, and concise narratives concerning client behaviors that are reported to stakeholders and funders. Effective listening and strong verbal communication skills are also required. <strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong><u>Computer Operations:</u></strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong>Line Agents are required to have the ability to proficiently view and enter data, properly open and close spreadsheets, folders, drives, and programs, minimize and maximize documents, open and close browsers, and develop a workflow to navigate between programs. &nbsp;Minimally type 40 wpm, understand keyboard functions, and have basic troubleshooting knowledge.</p><p><strong><u>HIPAA</u></strong>: Adhere to HIPAA laws and regulations. &nbsp;Remote office space must meet HIPAA standards.</p><p><strong><u>Quality Improvement</u></strong><strong>:&nbsp;</strong>Participate in the agency&#39;s ongoing quality improvement efforts.</p><p><strong><u>Other Functions</u></strong>: The Agency may assign different functions to the job at its discretion.</p><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: - Bilingual Preferred ( Spanish and English)&nbsp;</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
