CARES provides an environment that focuses on teaching each student based on his or her unique strengths and needs. Programming is focused on increasing independence for each student.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p></p>\n<p>#Sponsored</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>EDUCATION:</strong> Bachelor’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Special Education preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>EXPERIENCE:</strong> Experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities and/or behavior disorders preferred.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Devereux has a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and maintains policies and procedures to systematically reduce the risk of abuse to occur in our organization.
