Maintain accurate databases of key contractual milestones, deliverables, obligations, notices, and commercial terms
Support claims management, dispute resolution, and change order negotiations through detailed contract interpretation and project documentation analysis
Collaborate with project management, procurement, finance, operations, and executive leadership teams to align contracts with operational and strategic business goals
Monitor contract compliance and ensure adherence to company policies, project requirements, and regulatory standards
Identify and proactively mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle
Lead and mentor Contracts Administration personnel and support future team growth and development initiatives
Assist with proposal reviews, bid evaluations, subcontract agreements, and procurement support activities as needed
Participate in internal and external meetings with clients, vendors, legal counsel, and stakeholders regarding contract matters
Travel occasionally to project sites, vendor locations, or client meetings as required
