About this Role Quanta Power Solutions is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of power generation, EPC, renewable energy, and industrial infrastructure projects. This role is responsible for managing the full contract lifecycle, including EPC agreements, construction contracts, O&M agreements, procurement contracts, and vendor services while protecting the organization’s commercial and legal interests throughout project execution. The ideal candidate will serve as a key advisor on contract strategy, negotiations, risk management, and commercial compliance, helping ensure projects are executed efficiently, compliantly, and profitably. This position requires strong leadership, business acumen, negotiation expertise, and the ability to collaborate across project, legal, procurement, and executive teams.
