This role is responsible for creating and managing production plans, optimizing inventory levels, and ensuring materials and resources are available to meet business needs. You’ll work cross-functionally with production, procurement, and engineering to drive efficiency and on-time delivery.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Provide guidance and oversight for the Open Order Report&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and drive system improvement for OOR (Open Order Report)&nbsp;</li><li>Serve as the primary person to respond to customer emails and internal scheduling request from Customer Service and other functions</li><li>Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand and service level targets</li><li>Balance capacity, material availability, and labor constraints to optimize throughput</li><li>Collaborate with procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and drive actions to minimize excess and shortages</li><li>Analyze demand trends, forecast changes, and adjust plans accordingly</li><li>Communicate schedule changes, risks, and priorities to production and leadership teams</li><li>Support S&amp;OP / demand planning processes through data analysis and reporting</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to planning, scheduling, and material flow (e.g., standard work, 5S, flow optimization)&nbsp;</li><li>Partner with manufacturing teams to resolve bottlenecks, constraints, and supply issues</li><li>Support team leads in driving production plan, maximizing cell output.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left: 0.5in;\">&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Bachelor’s degree in supply chain (preferred), Operations Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)</li><li>2–5+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain</li><li>Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems and scheduling principles</li><li>Proficiency in Excel and data analysis</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced manufacturing environment</li><li>Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Experience in a discrete manufacturing environment</li><li>Knowledge of lean manufacturing / continuous improvement principles (RBS, Kaizen, 5S)&nbsp;</li><li>Experience with demand planning or S&amp;OP processes</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Key Competencies</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li>Data-driven decision making</li><li>Attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities</li><li>Proactive communication and escalation</li><li>Continuous improvement mindset</li></ul><p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">#LI-PW1</span></span></p>",
