Join us and be part of something extraordinary.</span></p>\n<p><span>We’re seeking a future team member for the role of <strong>Senior Associate, Full-Stack Engineer&nbsp;</strong>to join our Engineering Hub&nbsp;team. This role is located in Pune.</span></p>\n<p><span><strong>In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications and integrations that support marketing platforms.</span></li>\n <li><span>Build and enhance capabilities across web applications, APIs, content platforms, and data workflows.</span></li>\n <li><span>Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, performant, and maintainable, and aligned with enterprise engineering standards.</span></li>\n <li><span>Contribute to AI-driven workflows and automation to improve the speed and efficiency of marketing operations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Maintain high code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.</span></li>\n <li><span>Engage in cross-functional collaboration to align technology solutions with business objectives and client needs.</span></li>\n <li><span>Apply best practices in software development, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and code quality standards.</span></li>\n <li><span>Support risk identification, remediation, and ongoing controls, including data privacy and regulatory considerations.</span></li>\n <li><span>Contribute to documentation, standards, and controls that ensure consistent and auditable implementation.</span></li>\n <li><span>Provide technical guidance and recommendations to address business and platform challenges.</span></li>\n <li><span>Support the adoption of AI, automation, and modern engineering practices.</span></li>\n <li><span>Stay current with industry trends in MarTech, AI, and digital experience platforms.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span><strong>To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:&nbsp;</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</span></li>\n <li><span>3–6+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering.</span></li>\n <li><span>Strong experience with: Backend development (e.g., Java, Python, Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar technologies). Databases such as Oracle and Snowflake.
