Hours may be different every week and schedules are not set or guaranteed. Weekend availability is a must.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>JOB REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><ul><li>Be the face of Pacific Catch, engaging with Guests, inviting Guests in, seating Guests, introducing the menu, and answering the phone</li><li>Ability to provide top-notch hospitality in a fast-paced environment&nbsp;</li><li>Respond to questions—know where to find information if unknown</li><li>A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant Team Members</li><li>Adaptable, flexible, and able to manage a heavy workload. Ability to prioritize and remember Guest requests</li><li>Embraces all Pacific Catch’s Core Values, Hospitality Standards, and Team Member Standards</li><li>Ability to operate a POS system</li><li>Maintain table waitlist</li><li>Assist with beverage service during peak seating times</li><li>Ability to accurately handle cash and all financial transactions</li><li>Clear, clean, set and re-set tables with complete place settings (silverware, glasses, dishes, and napkins), and as needed</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the dining areas and common areas (tables, counters, equipment, restroom, and floors)</li><li>Exercise care with all restaurant equipment, dishes, silverware, and glasses to ensure minimum breakage</li><li>During any down time, proactively assist other Team Members or as requested by Leaders</li><li>Notify Leadership team of any comments, suggestions or complaints from any Guests</li></ul><p><strong>HOST BUSSER ATTRIBUTES</strong></p><ul><li>Punctual, strong work ethic and commitment to excellence</li><li>Highly reliable, responsible, honest and focused on always supporting the team</li><li>Proactive, solution-oriented, and self-directed</li><li>Adaptable, flexible, and able to prioritize and manage a large section</li><li>Openness to constructive feedback and being coached and mentored</li><li>Openness to possibility of being cross trained in multiple restaurant positions</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>COMPENSATION</strong></p><ul><li>$19.18 Per Hour</li></ul><p><br></p>",
