This role is pivotal in driving our DevOps initiatives, with strong focus driving requirements that ensure security, compliance and streamlined user access. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technical protocols for interoperability.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p><p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities:</u></strong>&#xa0;</p><p>&#xa0;<strong>Requirements Gathering</strong></p><ul><li>Eliciting IAM needs from stakeholders to ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and business objectives.&#xa0;</li><li>Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and end-users.</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboratively participate in designing solutions</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement IAM solutions that meet business needs and security standards.</li><li>Identify opportunities for optimization</li></ul><p><strong>Ensuring Compliance</strong></p><ul><li>Conducting gap analyses to ensure IAM practices meet regulatory standards (like ISO 27001) and industry best practices.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure IAM processes and solutions comply with internal policies and security standards.&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Optimizing Processes</strong></p><ul><li>Analyzing and improving identity management procedures, user experience, and the implementation of access control models (RBAC, ABAC).</li></ul><p><strong>Supporting Integration</strong></p><ul><li>Understanding how IAM solutions integrate with various systems and APIs using standards like SAML, OAUTH, and SCIM.&#xa0;</li><li>Provide support for IAM tools and resolve access-related issues for IAM internal teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Documentation</strong></p><ul><li>Create and maintain essential documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, and visual aids.</li></ul><p>&#xa0;<strong><u>Essential Skills and Qualifications</u></strong></p><p>&#xa0;<strong>Mentorship:</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Must be able to work with DevOps engineers, Developers, Support and QA to provide guidance, mentorship, and support.&#xa0;</li><li>Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the team.&#xa0;</li></ul><p>&#xa0;<strong>Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with stake DevOps, developers, QA, Support and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes.&#xa0;</li><li>Participate in architectural discussions and design reviews to promote best practices.&#xa0;</li></ul><p>&#xa0;<strong>Communication</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.&#xa0;</li></ul><p>&#xa0;<strong>Problem-Solving</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in identifying and resolving complex security and access management issues.</li></ul>",
