You&rsquo;ll ensure every detail meets expectations while maintaining safety and compliance throughout the process.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage all aspects of apartment refurbishments across the community, including full renovations and scheduled 7-year updates.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Oversee the apartment renovation process by coordinating and monitoring the work of contractors, subcontractors, and staff to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of capital improvement projects.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Direct daily vendor services and provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and Sinai leadership.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure apartments are delivered on schedule and meet agreed-upon standards.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Implement production and quality control standards as directed, and submit progress reports as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Track and report progress against budgets, schedules, and key performance milestones.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Attend and contribute to weekly Sales Refurbishment Meetings and present updates during weekly project meetings.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage inventory and supply ordering to ensure all necessary materials are consistently in stock for apartment refurbishments.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct weekly site walks to monitor safety, cleanliness, quality of work, and proper installation of materials.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Manage change orders during the renovation process and communicate any updates or concerns to relevant teams.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Serve as a technical liaison for the Sales Team, addressing refurb-related questions or concerns.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support the VP and Director of Plant Operations by providing lateral services and painting resources as needed.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with the in-house maintenance team to prepare schedules for repairs, replacements, and capital improvement projects.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide clear schedules and requirements to the maintenance team and oversee execution.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain and manage all physical and disposable resources, reporting any functional issues to the VP of Plant Operations.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide weekly project updates to the VP of Plant Operations.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Vendor Management:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">In partnership with the Sales Team and with approval from the VP of Plant Operations, select, negotiate, and manage external vendors and consultants to support refurbishment efforts.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum of 1 year of experience in refurbishment or a related field required</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical training or background is a plus</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Proven ability to manage and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong organizational and time-management skills</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Requirements &amp; Working Conditions</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Moderate to heavy physical effort; may be exposed to the elements (heat, cold, rain, snow); work in areas with high voltage electricity, hazardous equipment and moving parts; work on rooftops and other high places; ability to set up and climb ladders safely with tools and equipment necessary for assigned work; must be able to lift 80 pounds; must be able to walk, stand and stoop for an extended period of time (over 80% of the time); exposure to a variety of chemicals and dust daily; may be exposed to the HBV and HIV viruses.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Why Sinai Residences?</strong><br>&nbsp;We are more than a workplace&mdash;we are a community.
