Description

The Senior CIP/Wrap-Up Administrator manages the coordination of services and oversight of the administration of Controlled Insurance Programs (CIP). This position trains and mentor’s other wrap-up administrator Associates by demonstrating a thorough understanding of Wrap-portal and its capabilities. Position responsibilities  Coordinate with the Account Executive in reviewing and qualifying project and policy terms for the project insurance manual  Provide input to the project team to collect the information needed from the project Contractor/ Subcontractors to facilitate the administration of CIP’s  Understand coverage and construction insurance so that claims can be reported independently and accurately. Pursue education to meet these standards. Work with the project team and claims department in reporting of WC/GL/BR CIP Claims.  Coordinate Lockton resources per the fee-for-service Agreement between Lockton and the client  Maintain the client relationship with the client field project team and communicate any issues back to the client’s management and project team  Present and explain enrollment information at pre-bid and pre-construction meetings. Create and coordinate the distribution of and provide contractors with Project Insurance Manuals and enrollment forms  Establish lines of communication between the client and their contractors of every tier who are enrolled in the CIP, including conference calls or meetings to ensure enrollment and contract compliance to the insurance requirement in the project contract documents  Provide required information for scheduled progress reports and provide (typically monthly) enrolled contractor and monthly payroll verification reports to the CIP Sponsor (client), the Project Manager, and the Account Executive.  Secure and maintain evidence of coverage from all enrolled contractors, non-enrolled contractors, vendors, and suppliers  Maintain the client project administrative relationships and provide input to the Account Executive on any recurring issues arising from the CIP  Provide coverage assistance during vacations or leaves to include after-hours work  Make a positive contribution to associates and clients and continuously strive to improve service while representing Lockton in the highest professional manner.  Attend department meetings, education workshops, and carrier functions as needed  Perform other work-related duties as assigned The Senior CIP/Wrap-Up Administrator manages the coordination of services and oversight of the administration of Controlled Insurance Programs (CIP). Demonstrated ability to compile, analyze, and evaluate data  Knowledge and Implementation of CIP deducts (Full/GL/Large Deductible Programs and other unique CIP deduct solutions)  Demonstrated professional, tactful negotiation, and persuasion skills concerning securing contractor insurance deduct  Readiness to expand knowledge and effectiveness in the insurance industry by successful completion of extended insurance education beyond continuing education requirements for licensing  Well-informed of industry trends and governmental regulations  Organizational and time management skills to prioritize heavy workloads to meet time-sensitive deadlines.  Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, proactively protecting the confidentiality of client and company information  Must have strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, project team members, and associates at all levels of responsibility, representing Lockton in the highest professional manor  Legally able to work in the United States This position may be eligible for annual discretionary bonus consideration.
