    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Champion Window - Field Marketing Manager</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As the Field Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, developing and managing local partnerships, shows/events, canvassing, and field marketing efforts focused on lead generation.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>· Research, register and coordinate events, sponsorships, canvassing, and local engagement efforts</p>\n<p>· Engage potential customers and schedule in-home consultations with Champion Sales Representatives</p>\n<p>· Develop training programs for existing local staff and new hires</p>\n<p>· Engaging with homeowners in local neighborhoods where Champion has recently completed home-improvement projects</p>\n<p>· Hire, train and maintain team of field marketers across multiple locations</p>\n<p>· Manage provided budgets to maximize ROI</p>\n<p>· Determine and set monthly, quarterly, and annual goals in partnership with the VP of Marketing</p>\n<p>· Manage and approve payroll entries and updates</p>\n<p>· Contribute content social media and company culture efforts</p>\n<p>· Evaluate data and results to identify areas of improvement</p>\n<p>· Conduct performance reviews with field marketing team</p>\n<p>· Support Corporate Marketing functions where necessar</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>· 5+ years of supervisory experience in field and events marketing or outside sales</p>\n<p>· Associate degree in business management or related field</p>\n<p>· Prior experience in construction industry and/or lead generation industries preferred</p>\n<p>· Excellent written and verbal communication</p>\n<p>· Strong organizational skills</p>\n<p>· Able to oversee budgets and develop reports</p>\n<p>· Ability to lead a team of field marketers</p>\n<p>· Ability to demonstrate products and engage with potential customers</p>\n<p>· Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours</p>\n<p>· Must hold a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel using person vehicle</p>\n<p>· Ability to work standard retail hours, including evenings and weekends</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Champion Window is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Today & Every Day, <strong><em>CHAMPION</em></strong> Thanks Our Veterans!
