Here, you will make an impact by:</p><ul><li>Responsible for producing and assembling products in the plant</li><li>Operate and maintain machinery, ensure production standards are met, finalize products, and prepare them for shipping</li><li>Observing all safety procedures, maintain a clean and safe work area </li></ul><ul><li>Applying quality instructions &amp; specifications </li><li>Monitoring the production or packing operation to ensure quality objectives are met </li><li>Loading/unloading material into &amp; from equipment </li><li>Working as a team member through sharing information, problem solving &amp; assisting others </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your Skills and Expertise  </b></p><p>To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:</p><ul><li>Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start)</li><li>Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed</li><li>Minimum (1) one year of manufacturing experience in a private, public, government, or military environment</li></ul><p></p><p>Applicants meeting the basic qualifications above may be required to take and pass 3M elected testing as part of the selection process. </p><p></p><p>Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:</p><ul><li>Post-high school education </li><li>Basic computer knowledge </li></ul><p></p><p><b>Work location: </b>Onsite – Clinton, Tennessee</p><p></p><p><b>Relocation Assistance</b>: Not Authorized</p><p></p><p><b>Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).</b></p><p></p><p><b>Supporting Your Well-being</b> </p><p>3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
