We provide your tools. &nbsp;You will work with a diverse group of individuals and get to work on interesting projects.</p><p>Work Schedule is 7am - 3:45 pm M-F with overtime likely<br>Hourly Pay $20 - $25 DOE</p><h2>Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</h2><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Connect receptacles and light switches</li><li>Connect MC wire to panel.</li><li>Install lights.</li><li>Connect receptacles and light switches.</li><li>Knows how to install low voltage wiring.</li><li>Bends pipe</li><li>Runs wire through pipes</li><li>Runs 3-way setups</li><li>Runs electrical to disconnect</li><li>Installs AC</li><li>Reviews shop drawings</li><li>Maintains shop equipment.</li><li>Follows Falcon Structures&rsquo; policies &amp; procedures, health &amp; safety standards and complies with building codes.</li><li>Attends monthly safety classes.</li><li>Charges to correct projects.</li><li>Helps teach less experienced team members.</li><li>Performs other related duties as assigned.</li></ul><h2>Skills &amp; Abilities:&nbsp;</h2><ul><li id=\"isPasted\">4-7 years of experience</li><li>Knows all color codes.</li><li>Good craftsman, able to perform quality finish work.&nbsp;</li><li>Knows how to read shop drawings.</li><li>Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Uses critical thinking and can troubleshoot.&nbsp;</li><li>Must be safety conscience.</li><li>Has a learning mindset.</li><li>Flexible, friendly, able to collaborate with and coach others, and work on a team.</li><li>Ability to use critical thinking in order to learn troubleshooting.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">About Falcon Structures</span></strong></p><p>Falcon Structures has pioneered the use of shipping container-based buildings since 2003, and although we are a small company, we have become one of the largest container modifiers in the country.&nbsp;</p><p>Beyond the novelty of working with shipping containers, you&rsquo;ll have the opportunity to collaborate in a company with huge growth goals.
