    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Heating and Air Conditioning</span> is looking for a creative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to help grow our company and bring in more leads.</p>\n<p>This person will help with social media, videos, events, email marketing, our membership program, and other day-to-day marketing needs. The main goal of this position is to help drive new customers to the company and increase customer participation in our maintenance agreement program.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Create and schedule social media posts</li>\n<li>Make short videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms</li>\n<li>Take photos and videos of jobs, employees, events, and company updates</li>\n<li>Help manage email campaigns and customer marketing through ServiceTitan Marketing Pro</li>\n<li>Help promote and grow our membership program, also known as our maintenance agreements</li>\n<li>Coordinate membership marketing, renewals, reminders, and customer follow-up</li>\n<li>Work with the office and service teams to help keep membership customers informed and engaged</li>\n<li>Help create promotions and campaigns to increase maintenance agreement sign-ups</li>\n<li>Track membership leads, sign-ups, renewals, cancellations, and promotional results</li>\n<li>Help create customer-facing materials explaining the benefits of our maintenance agreements</li>\n<li>Look for ways to increase membership value and improve customer retention</li>\n<li>Research home shows, local events, sponsorships, and community events for us to attend</li>\n<li>Help plan and promote company events</li>\n<li>Assist with website content, Google Business Profile, and basic SEO</li>\n<li>Help create flyers, emails, posts, and other marketing materials</li>\n<li>Keep a marketing calendar organized</li>\n<li>Track which marketing efforts are bringing in leads</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with social media is preferred</li>\n<li>Comfortable creating short videos and basic content</li>\n<li>Good writing and communication skills</li>\n<li>Organized and able to manage multiple tasks</li>\n<li>Willing to learn ServiceTitan Marketing Pro</li>\n<li>Basic Google, SEO, or website knowledge is a plus</li>\n<li>Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus</li>\n<li>HVAC or home service experience is a plus, but not required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Ideal Candidate</span></p>\n<p>The right person is creative, organized, and willing to learn. They should enjoy creating content, promoting services, and helping grow customer relationships.
