Assists principals and school staff in reviewing and utilizing EL data, and identifying and facilitating professional development based on school data.</span><br><br><span><strong>What you will do</strong></span></p>\n<ul>\n <li><span>Reviews data with administrators and teachers to plan lessons and instruction</span></li>\n <li><span>Conducts professional development for schools and assist administration in seeking, identifying, and securing needed professional development opportunities.</span></li>\n <li><span>Conducts and facilitates departmental and grade level PLCS sessions to assist with planning and collaboration for instruction and meaningful differentiation in classrooms.</span></li>\n <li><span>Conducts coaching cycles and classroom visits and provides feedback to teachers.
