    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span style=\"color: red;\"><span style=\"font-size: 20pt; line-height: 107%;\">COACH – Transaction Processing $19</span></span></p><p><span><strong>Job Description:</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"color: black;\">As part of the KanCare Clearinghouse Program, the Eligibility Professional Team Coach will support supervisory staff, serves as an escalation point for Eligibility Professionals’ inquiries and aides in the resolution of complex cases. &nbsp;This position will perform a variety of duties. The position is responsible for gathering thorough documentation and entering information into various systems. Serves as a program/process expert in Medicaid programs or special processing.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span><strong>Essential duties may include, but are not limited to:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Functions as a subject matter expert for designated departmental functions</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Responsible for subject area information and guidance that could include training, fact sheets, or other tools</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Assists in the development and improvement of new and existing Eligibility Professionals</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Demonstrates a high quality customer service and focuses on the accuracy of information provided</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Provide mentoring/training through job shadowing and assistance for Trainee and Professional team members&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Eligibility Professional Team Coaches are expected to use knowledge of State eligibility processes, policies, and procedures governing managed care enrollment to communicate with consumers regarding a variety of issues.&nbsp;</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Attend training as assigned to develop and enhance current understanding of Kansas Medicaid eligibility programs</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Coordinates with KDHE leadership on complex cases, as needed</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Assists with special projects and other departmental needs, as requested</span></li><li style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations, policies, and guidelines</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p><span style=\"color: black;\"><strong>Minimum Qualifications/Experience</strong></span></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc; padding-left: 96px;\"><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>High School diploma or GED equivalent; post-secondary education preferred</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>One additional year of experience interviewing, investigating, compiling information, documenting decisions, interpreting guidelines and/or providing technical assistance relevant to the agency’s programs.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span>Minimum of one (1) years’ experience in completing Medicaid programs for KanCare</span></p></li></ul><p style=\"line-height: normal;\">&nbsp;</p><p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255); color: rgb(82, 82, 82); font-family: PoppinsRegular, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"-webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; display: inline !important; float: none; font-size: 14px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-weight: 400; letter-spacing: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: left; text-decoration-color: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px;\">Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.&nbsp; For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
