As a Junior Buyer you will be involved in:
Facilitate the execution of new & existing contracts, addendums and other documents requiring internal & external approvals Support RFx process with review and issuance of RFx documents (EOI, RFI, RFx), clarifications, including post bid and BAFO, track and follow-up as required Collaborate with and support SCM, vendors and suppliers in managing Purchase Orders and RFx processes Complete monthly and quarterly reports as required Maintain appropriate records related to SCM activities Assist with onboarding of new vendors in Oracle and Avetta
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum two to five years purchasing and contract experience within a supply chain environment is preferred
