This position is responsible for overseeing inventory levels, forecasting replenishment needs, managing supplier relationships, and implementing inventory control strategies to minimize shortages, excess stock, and operational disruptions. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, supply chain expertise, and leadership abilities to drive efficiency, improve inventory accuracy, and support overall business performance in a fast-paced environment.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><u>Primary Responsibilities</u>:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead Inventory and replenishment team to ensure proper execution of the daily inventory process</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Drive replenishment strategy across multiple product categories, locations, and demand profiles</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and refine systems, tools, and processes to improve overall accuracy, efficiency and execution of the inventory and replenishment processes</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
