Benefits begin the month following the hire date.</p><p><strong>Salary: </strong></p><p>The hourly wage for this position ranges from $21.45 - $28.40&#xa0;hourly and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.</p><p><strong>Shift:</strong></p><p>Monday - Thursday 3:00pm - 1:30am + $0.75 shift differential pay (training will be on 1st shift)</p><p><strong>Summary</strong><br>\n<br>\nThe primary purpose of the Maintenance Technician is to ensure production and operations are running safely at the most efficient level achievable, producing the highest possible production quality.&#xa0; Complies with applicable regulations and the department’s safety program.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Troubleshoots and repairs equipment in a timely, complete, and cost-effective manner.</li><li>Perform duties to maintain production machines and other facility equipment.</li><li>Check and inspect assigned equipment during preventative maintenance. Reports findings to management.</li><li>Complete work orders and update maintenance tracking system.</li><li>Identifies and recommends corrections on electrical issues through knowledge of drives and PLCs.</li><li>Ensure machine productivity and quality after repairs, changeovers, and extended down time.</li><li>Maintains inventory of repair equipment and supplies.</li><li>Respond quickly to issues or concerns that may put employees at risk for injury, to include rectifying immediate dangers.</li><li>Maintain building safety and appearance including utilities, ventilation, housekeeping and plumbing.</li><li>Communicate existing and potential issues with group leaders/maintenance manager.</li><li>Other related duties as assigned.</li></ul>",

          "text": "<p><strong>Education:&#xa0;</strong></p><p>High school diploma/ GED preferred but not required.&#xa0; Certifications preferred but not required<br>\n<br>\n<strong>Experience: </strong></p><ul><li>1-3 years of industrial maintenance experience in fast paced manufacturing environment.
