Our physician team consists of two dedicated doctors (one part-time) supported by two experienced APRNs. Our privileges span both Spring Valley Hospital and Southern Hills Hospital, with over 95% of our deliveries and surgical cases performed at Spring Valley. Here’s what makes our practice stand out: </p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong>A condensed in-office schedule:</strong> The office is open Monday through Thursday, but you will be in the office only three days a week. Outside of the one and a half Fridays per month blocked for surgeries, the remaining Fridays can be used for charting catch-up or extra time off.</li>\n <li><strong>Maintain outstanding work–life balance:</strong> You’ll participate in a 1-in-4 weekend on-call rotation, utilizing our laborist program, so when you’re on, you are only covering our practice (which handles roughly 30–40 deliveries per month, with an average of 0-2 deliveries per weekend).</li>\n <li><strong>Operate at the forefront of women’s health:</strong> Join a practice with a strong robotic program and comprehensive, modern services.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>If you are seeking a high-quality, efficient practice environment where patient care excellence and personal life harmony meet, we’d love to explore this opportunity with you.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Salary / Bonus Amount – Starts at $300,000 based on experience. Up to an $80,000 signing bonus.
