Responsible for driving HCM technology strategy, architecture, and execution across large-scale transformation programs, with strong integration into ERP domains.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong><br>• Lead design and delivery of solutions with cross-functional integration across HCM and ERP platforms<br>• Own HCM technology architecture and delivery across implementations and managed services<br>• Drive end-to-end solutioning across Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Benefits, Talent) and ERP integrations (Financials, SCM)<br>• Serve as senior technical authority for integrations (OIC), data migration (HDL), Fast Formulas, reporting (BI/OTBI), and security frameworks<br>• Lead client-facing solution design sessions and align technical architecture to business requirements<br>• Oversee global delivery teams (onshore, offshore, NSA) ensuring quality, timeline, and cost adherence<br>• Partner with functional leadership to bridge business requirements with technical execution<br>• Drive integration strategy ensuring seamless data flow between HCM and ERP platforms<br>• Support pre-sales, solutioning, and client expansion initiatives<br>• Establish delivery standards, reusable assets, and best practices across engagements</p><p><strong>Required Experience:</strong><br>• 12+ years of experience in Oracle HCM technology (Fusion Cloud preferred)<br>• Strong expertise in integrations (OIC), Fast Formulas, HDL, reporting, and data conversion<br>• Proven experience leading large-scale HCM implementations with ERP integration components<br>• Experience managing global, cross-functional delivery teams<br>• Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills</p><p><strong>Preferred Experience:</strong><br>• Experience with ERP modules (Financials, Projects, SCM) integrated with HCM<br>• Deep expertise in Payroll and OTL (US/UK preferred)<br>• Experience with transformation programs and multi-workstream delivery<br>• Exposure to workforce management, scheduling, and payroll integrations</p><p><strong>Leadership Scope:</strong><br>• Own technical delivery across HCM workstreams for strategic programs (e.g., Regal)<br>• Lead and mentor architects, leads, and senior consultants<br>• Act as escalation point for architecture, delivery risks, and technical challenges<br>• Drive alignment across HCM and ERP solution domains</p></div>",
