          "text": "<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead delivery of mainframe hardware and software lifecycle management initiatives</li><li>Manage teams supporting multiple z/OS mainframe environments</li><li>Provide technical leadership across core mainframe technologies including JCL, DB2, IMS, CICS, source code management, and SDLC practices</li><li>Oversee security mechanisms such as RACF, ACF2, and TSS</li><li>Drive modernization, automation, and continuous improvement of mainframe services</li><li>Partner with data center services, production services, and application development teams to support enterprise initiatives</li><li>Lead and develop managers and technical staff through coaching, mentoring, and talent development practices</li><li>Guide cross?functional efforts and complex programs to successful outcomes</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field</li><li>6–10 years of relevant infrastructure or systems engineering experience</li><li>10+ years of diverse IT experience preferred; financial services experience is a plus</li><li>Strong experience in mainframe infrastructure, system programming, or mainframe application development</li><li>Direct hands-on mainframe experience is required</li><li>Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across technical and business stakeholders</li><li>Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem?solving capabilities</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Skills (Preferred)</strong></p><ul><li>z/OS, PARMLIB, UNIX System Services, HCD</li><li>SMP/E and maintenance routines</li><li>JCL, IPL processes, ISPF/TSO</li><li>Installation and support of IBM operating systems and ISV software</li><li>ITSM / ITIL practices including Release and Change Management</li></ul><p>Experience building and sustaining enterprise mainframe platforms.</p><p><strong>Regards,</strong></p><p><strong>Mohammed ilyas,</strong></p><p><strong>PH - 229-264-4024 or Text - 229-469-1455 or you can share the updated resume at Mohammed@vtekis. com</strong></p>",
