    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Program Supervisor – Community-Based Services </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Status:</strong> Full-time, 37.5+ hours per week<strong>Schedule:</strong> Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm<strong>Location:</strong> Lewistown, PA<strong>Pay:</strong> Negotiable, based on experience<strong>Sign-On Bonus:</strong> $1,000</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><strong><em>Associates degree (or 60 college credits) and 4 years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and/or autism</em></strong></li>\n <ul>\n  <li><strong><em>OR Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of related experience</em></strong></li>\n  <li><strong><em>OR Master’s degree and 1 year of related experience </em></strong></li>\n </ul>\n <li><em>Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred </em></li>\n <li><em>Knowledge of applicable compliance regulations (i.e., Chapter 51, 2380, 6400)</em></li>\n <li>A valid driver’s license and at least 6 months of driving experience </li>\n <li>Access to a vehicle with valid insurance, registration, and inspection </li>\n <li>Ability to communicate, read, write, and understand the English language </li>\n <li>A collaborative, flexible team player with strong organizational and leadership skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>As a Program Supervisor – Community-Based Services, </strong>you’ll support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in building meaningful, connected lives in their communities.
