Our client relationships are long-lasting and we’re lucky to work with some of the most exciting brands in the world. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">In-Platform Management: </span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">You will be responsible for setting up, launching, and managing campaigns within Meta &amp; TikTok Ads Manager. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Reporting: </span><span style=\"color: rgb(13, 13, 13); font-size: 12pt\">You’ll monitor metrics (Hook Rates, Hold Rates, and CTR) to kill underperforming ads and scale winners. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok Ads Manager is required to monitor and interpret key conversion data.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Performance Ideation:</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Develop high-volume creative concepts for TikTok &amp; Meta.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Persona-Driven Ideation:</span><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"> Develop creative concepts based on persona research.
