    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><div><link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><br><br><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span><strong>:</strong><ul type=\"disc\"><li>The safe boarding of customers and luggage onto aircraft and monitoring movements of planes while on the ground</li><li>Communicating with pilots, operations and ticket agents in a clear and concise manner</li><li>Communicating with TSA and the local LEO concerning the security of flights and passengers</li><li>Loading and off loading of passengers in a safe and courteous way</li><li>Accurate and clear marshalling of aircraft with good hand signals</li><li>Knowledge of emergency procedures and handling of hazardous materials</li><li>Accurate communication via radio to all pilots, operations and fellow employees</li><li>Knowledge of SIDA areas and ability to challenge unknown persons</li><li>Knowledge of firearm procedures</li><li>Maintaining customer relations</li><li>Safe operation of ground equipment</li><li>Ability to carry out de-ice procedures</li><li>Accurate addition of baggage weight</li><li>Drive the passenger shuttle bus, if applicable to station</li><li>Additional duties as assigned</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Airline work experience preferred</li><li>Airline reservation system experience preferred</li><li>Must be at least 18 years old</li><li>Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent</li><li>If location requires any type of driving such as baggage delivery, fueling, etc., applicant must hold and maintain a driver&rsquo;s license valid in that location</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.</li><li>Basic computer skills required</li><li>Excellent communication and excellent customer service skills required</li><li>Ability to interact effectively with others</li><li>Ability to work independently and adapt to changing work priorities</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing</li><li>Flexibility of schedule is a must</li><li>This position will often require working nights, weekends and holidays</li><li>Must exhibit exceptional knowledge of Cape Air and must embody the Cape Air MOCHA HAGoTDI spirit</li></ul></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div></div>\n",
