This role is responsible for core treasury and portfolio finance functions across Lighthouse-managed funds, including margin, financing, cash management, and balance sheet optimization across a multi-PM, multi-asset class platform.</p><p></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>The position works closely with Investment, Risk, Legal, Implementation, Technology, Operations, and external counterparties to optimize financing structures, manage margin and funding risk, enhance treasury technology, and support fund launches and ongoing portfolio monitoring.</p><p></p><p>This position will also be responsible for continuing to enhance our portfolio finance technology infrastructure in order to more efficiently assess overall margin/funding and financing opportunities/issues during implantation and ongoing monitoring of our multi PM platform.</p><p></p><p><b>Why Join SS&amp;C </b></p><p>SS&amp;C combines proprietary technology with deep industry expertise to support complex financial and health care operations. Our teams design, implement, and operate solutions that help clients manage data, automate processes, and scale their businesses with confidence.</p><p></p><p>You will work with industry experts, modern platforms, and evolving technologies, gaining exposure to real-world operational challenges and large-scale enterprise environments.</p><p></p><p><u><b>How You Will Make an Impact  </b></u></p><p></p><p><b>Hedge Fund Treasury Function</b></p><ul><li>Support the treasury and portfolio finance function across Lighthouse core businesses, including commingled funds, strategic custom funds, and multi-PM hedge fund platforms.</li><li>Provide margin, financing, and cash management oversight across multi-asset class portfolios including equities, fixed income, derivatives, futures, FX, and OTC products</li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact with Prime Brokers, FCMs, custodians, and other counterparties for margin, financing, and funding discussions.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams on fund launches, manager onboarding, capital deployment, and counterparty setup.</li></ul><p></p><p>*Treasury and Portfolio Finance functions are expected to include (but not limited to):</p><ul><li>Technology automation projects</li><li>Margin and funding analysis</li><li>Manage financing rates: monitoring spreads, reducing short borrow costs, revenue generating opportunities for the Funds’ long portfolios</li><li>Optimize the balance sheet across custodial relationships</li><li>Manage dividend exposures for European and Asian portfolios</li><li>Support and enhance the securities locate and stock borrow process, including daily analysis of financing markets and active securities.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>System Building &amp; Management</b></p><ul><li>Support the Portfolio Finance team’s effort in automating the Treasury Function</li><li>Assist in the build out of Treasury System via two already-approved third party vendors focused on the aggregation, calculation, and optimizing of financing and margin</li><li>Lead the development and implementation of an internal securities lending infrastructure for Lighthouse internal PMs.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Cross Functional Organization</b></p><ul><li>Partner with the Counterparty Management Committee on relationship oversight, exposure allocation, and counterparty risk management.</li><li>Collaborate with Legal and Implementation teams on onboarding new managers, including margin, funding, and counterparty analysis.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><u>Required Experience </u></b></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline</li><li>5–8&#43; years of experience within Prime Brokerage, Clearing, or a hedge fund environment – specifically in a treasury, stock loan, and/or client service role</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What Sets You Apart</b></p><ul><li>Solid understanding of funding and margin mechanics across asset classes</li><li>Experience supporting hedge fund launches and complex fund structures</li><li>Familiarity with multi-asset class products including equities, fixed income, derivatives, swaps, futures, and FX</li><li>Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across investment, risk, legal, technology, and operations teams</li><li>Strong Excel skills and experience managing complex projects and external counterparties</li><li>Comfort working with treasury, margin, and financing systems and third-party vendors ​</li></ul><p></p><p>Join SS&amp;C, where innovation meets global opportunities. <a href=\"http://www.ssctech.com/careers\" target=\"_blank\">Click here</a> to apply.</p><p></p><p><span><span>#LI-HW1 #LI-HYBRID #CA-HW</span></span></p><p> </p><p> </p><p></p><p>Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&amp;C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.</p><p> </p><p> </p>SS&amp;C Technologies offers a comprehensive total rewards package designed to support your wellbeing, growth, and future.
