    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><span>The Global Casualty San Francisco Branch Manager reports to the SVP, Field Operations, Underwriting in Chubb Global Casualty and works closely with the Regional Executive Officer, to successfully drive financial performance of the Branch territory,</span></p><p><span>The San Francisco Branch Manager's responsibilities include leading and executing activities which achieve the Branch&nbsp; goals related to business development, distribution management, customer penetration and&nbsp; retention, regulatory compliance and staff development in order to positively impact profit, revenue growth, customer relations, and employee development for each of our segments, products and services. Additionally, the Branch Manager will collaborate with the REO/RCOO, Regional and National Managers&nbsp; and other network and corporate resources to drive results, implement process improvements and to maximize efficiencies.&nbsp;</span><br><br><span>The Global Casualty San Francisco Branch Manager is specifically accountable for:&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><span>Providing direction and leadership in driving consistent profit and growth in the branch&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Establishing a vision for future growth for the territory, and working with the businesses to realize that vision.</span></li><li><span>Building and leading the execution of strategic and tactical plans that cultivate producer relationships and maximize the development of targeted business.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Collaborating with Segment and Product leaders&nbsp; to establish goals and development plans and evaluating performance of Branch Segment and Product Leaders.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Ensuring&nbsp; that&nbsp; effective producer planning, prospecting and account rounding strategies&nbsp; and processes are in place.</span></li><li><span>Serving as the senior Chubb Global Casualty executive in the local market place.</span></li><li><span>Bringing the diverse elements of the organization together to meet the needs of our customers.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Presenting a unified, cohesive, and consistent Chubb storefront and brand to the market place.&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>Managing all underwriting and service personnel to accomplish internal and external objectives.</span></li><li><span>Providing leadership and direction for many critical business functions including:</span><ul><li><span>planning and budgeting,&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>expense management;&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>recruitment, retention and development of staff;&nbsp;</span></li><li><span>performance management; and&nbsp;-team building&nbsp;</span></li></ul></li></ul>",
