          "text": "<p>The Contributing Artist Program (CAP) enables artists worldwide to contribute original artwork to the Cricut Design Space library and earn compensation based on usage. The program plays a key role in expanding and diversifying content for Cricut members.&#xa0;</p><p>We are looking for a proactive, execution-focused Associate Program Manager to support and grow CAP.&#xa0;This role requires someone who can independently manage workflows, drive projects from idea to execution, and&#xa0;operate&#xa0;effectively in a fast-moving environment.&#xa0;You’ll&#xa0;work closely&#xa0;with&#xa0;CAP artists,&#xa0;Production Artists,&#xa0;and cross-functional partners across product, content, and engineering, and will need to be comfortable working across both creative and technical workflows.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day CAP operations, including artist applications, communications, and workflow tracking&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure&#xa0;timely,&#xa0;accurate&#xa0;responses across CAP communication channels&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain trackers, workflows, and documentation to support clear project visibility and&#xa0;timely&#xa0;completion of work&#xa0;</li><li>Drive projects and process improvements from concept through execution, including timelines, coordination, and follow-through&#xa0;</li><li>Identify&#xa0;trends and patterns in artist feedback, submissions, and workflows to inform program improvements&#xa0;</li><li>Partner with Production Artists and cross-functional teams to support content quality and resolve issues&#xa0;</li><li>Investigate, document, and escalate bugs or workflow issues related to Design Space content&#xa0;</li><li>Communicate project status, timelines, risks, and blockers clearly and proactively&#xa0;</li><li>Support new CAP initiatives, workflows, and project launches as the program evolves&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Core Competencies&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Communication:&#xa0;Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills across artists, cross-functional teams, and leadership.&#xa0;</li><li>Organization &amp; Execution:&#xa0;Able to manage multiple priorities,&#xa0;maintain&#xa0;clear timelines, and drive projects through completion.&#xa0;</li><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration:&#xa0;Works effectively across creative and technical teams.&#xa0;</li><li>Problem Solving &amp; Strategic Thinking:&#xa0;Comfortable navigating ambiguity,&#xa0;identifying&#xa0;opportunities, and proposing actionable solutions.&#xa0;</li><li>Analytical Mindset:&#xa0;Uses data, trends, and feedback to inform decisions and process improvements.&#xa0;</li><li>Passion for Creativity &amp; Artists:&#xa0;Brings an appreciation for artists, design, and creative communities, with enthusiasm for supporting and growing the CAP program.&#xa0;</li><li>Customer Service Mindset:&#xa0;Approaches artist and member interactions with empathy, professionalism, and responsiveness while supporting a positive member experience.&#xa0;</li><li>Self-Starter:&#xa0;Takes initiative and adapts quickly in an evolving environment.&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Technical &amp; Functional Skills&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with digital content, design tools, or creative workflows&#xa0;</li><li>Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator or similar tools (preferred)&#xa0;</li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills&#xa0;</li><li>Comfortable learning new systems quickly&#xa0;</li><li>Experience with tools like&#xa0;Airtable, Jira, or similar is a plus&#xa0;</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to Have&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Background in graphic design or strong understanding of design principles&#xa0;</li><li>Familiarity with Cricut Design Space or similar platforms&#xa0;</li><li>Experience working with artist communities or user-generated content programs&#xa0;</li><li>Experience engaging with international partners, customers, or online communities&#xa0;</li></ul>",
