In this role, you will serve as a technical lead within the SRE / DevOps team to fully automate the provisioning, deployment, management and monitoring for a rapidly evolving and highly scalable set of SaaS services. The Principal Architect will work as part of an extended architecture team of solution-specific architects to ensure best practices are implemented across applications. The role entails setting direction for strategic initiatives such as CI/CD and enterprise monitoring, and it involves mentoring junior team members and guiding more tactical automation projects.&nbsp;</p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0in\">You’re&nbsp;the ideal candidate if you enjoy improving engineering efficiency, mentoring junior members, promoting best practices, and digging into the technical&nbsp;details&nbsp;as necessary.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Architect fully automated CI/CD patterns&nbsp;utilizing&nbsp;Kubernetes,&nbsp;Flux&nbsp;and other cloud technologies&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Architect monitoring and management solutions for cloud-based products using a combination of commercial off-the-shelf and homegrown solutions&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Collaborate with application architects on standardized and scalable methods to manage logs, service elements, etc.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Incorporate&nbsp;AI enabled tooling – both COTS and home-grown (observability, pipeline efficiency, SRE troubleshooting, etc.)&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Design and develop DevOps tools to reduce manual toil, improve&nbsp;security&nbsp;and reduce human error&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Build resilient and self-scaling systems that minimize customer impacts, while providing a healthy work environment for operators&nbsp;</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Be Prepared — What You Bring</b></p>\n<div style=\"font-style:normal; font-weight:400; margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n <div style=\"margin:0px; padding:0px\">\n  <ul>\n   <li>15 years minimum experience in software development, DevOps, and/or SRE&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>5 years minimum experience architecting CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps and other SRE automation in large-scale cloud environments&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Experience with GenAI in an operations environment&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Experience architecting monitoring and management systems for enterprise SaaS products&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Hands-on experience with monitoring and alerting tools (PagerDuty, Prometheus, Grafana, etc)&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Hands-on experience with cloud architecture and deploying cloud infrastructure&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, Elasticsearch, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc)&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Experience with other cloud vendors: GCP, Azure and OCI&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Experience with CI/CD toolchain (Jenkins, Kubernetes, Flux)&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Solid networking experience (TCP/IP, routing, DNS)&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>Experience using C, Python, Java, or GoLang&nbsp;</li>\n   <li>US Citizenship or Green Card Holder required</li>\n  </ul>\n </div>\n</div>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><b>Be Successful — Your Path</b></p>\n<p><b>First 90 Days:&nbsp;</b>Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work.
