    "description": "<p><strong>Position Summary: </strong>The Telecom Technician Lead will participate in the installation or maintenance and inspection of telecommunication systems and associated processes.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Role and Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Regular attendance at assigned location that may include office or other project sites</li>\n\t<li>Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients</li>\n\t<li>Oversee and coordinate any subcontractors work that may be working under the Telecom department</li>\n\t<li>Coordinate equipment and specialty material deliveries and stagging requirements</li>\n\t<li>Establish work completion and punch lists in accordance with established Quality Control and Quality Assurance Programs</li>\n\t<li>Ensure the necessary equipment and materials are always available to maximize productivity  </li>\n\t<li>Lead helpers or apprentices in appropriate tasks</li>\n\t<li>Installs cable supports, through floor and wall sleeves, fire stopping materials</li>\n\t<li>Install relays, cabinets, network switches</li>\n\t<li>Terminates data, voice, coaxial, control, and fiber optic cables</li>\n\t<li>Install cable trays above and below floors</li>\n\t<li>Ability to work in small spaces</li>\n\t<li>Test cables to TIA/EIA level II standards with cable analyzer and fiber test equipment</li>\n</ul>",
