    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>This Habit, home-based/geographical flexible position is a member of the construction team and reports to the Sr. &nbsp;Construction Manager. &nbsp;This position has a high level of ownership, responsibility, and authority, requiring both strategic and tactical skills. Construction Manager plans, coordinates, and supervises construction projects from development to completion.
