    "jobDescription": "<p></p><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>The Equity Trading Support Analyst provides front-line trading application support for our Institutional Equity Trading desk, working closely with sales traders, principal traders, program traders, and the electronic desk. This role partners across Baird, including Risk, Compliance, Regulatory, and Operations, to deliver reliable and effective trading technology solutions.
