We are currently looking for a motivated Investment Associate to support us with our M&amp;A efforts. In the following role, you will be working closely with the CEO, Head of Finance, Head of  Operations and Head of Business Development.</span></p>\n<p><br><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">What we offer: </span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Work with a group of international professionals bringing wealth of experience from gaming and tech industry</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Dynamic environment where you can come across thought-provoking challenges</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Projects that will allow you to use your entrepreneurial mindset, show ownership and have actual influence on decision making</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Flexible working hours and possibility of working from anywhere in the world</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Competitive salary and opportunity to grow</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Areas of responsibility:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Sourcing - proactively identifying new investment opportunities and qualifying inbound leads for the firm by meeting with entrepreneurs</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Deal Diligence - helping the team evaluate new investment opportunities through market research, product reviews, competitive analysis, metrics analysis, customer/user reviews and operational and financial diligence</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Assist in negotiating all transactions between the business and potential acquisitions; creates investment conclusions and similar presentations for management for assessment, valuation and modelling of various transaction types and structures</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Liaise with the legal and finance departments in ensuring that there is a seamless execution of merger and acquisition transactions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses for all potential transactions and provides input into the preparation of technical reports for senior management that effectively communicate all review findings</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Stay informed on market trends governing mergers and acquisitions, ensuring that all of the business's M&amp;A initiatives are within the confines of the law</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Assist and mentor Analysts concerning the activities of engagement of prospective business/company owners and other M&amp;A responsibilities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the acquisitions and the execution of the deals</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px; font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"font-family: Lato, sans-serif\">Qualifications:</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Bachelor' s Degree *required* (Masters degree preferred) in Business/Accounting/ Finance/Economics or any other related field with a strong GPA</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">At least 3 years of work experience in Private Equity Investing, Corporate Finance or Banking or in a M&amp;A position</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">The candidate must also have had a proven track record of building relationships and successfully managing foreign business executives and multiple stakeholders</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Excellent understanding of financial statements, financial concepts, financial modelling, business modelling, and valuation skills</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Excellent communication skills (written/verbal/presentation) along with high level of curiosity, strong discipline, and attention to detail</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to integrate rapidly and to work effectively in a global team of professionals</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic, demanding environment with time-sensitive deliverables and high degree of quality and accuracy</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">A result-oriented individual, be self-motivated, driven, and proactive requiring minimal supervision, work well independently and with a group, and be comfortable working with business executives</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px\">Must also demonstrate proficiency in the use of Ms Word, Ms Excel, and PowerPoint</span></li>\n</ul>",
