Through assessment, treatment, evaluation and consultation, the OT prevents, alleviates or minimizes dysfunction, enabling clients to achieve their maximum level of functional independence and facilitating their integration into the home, community and workplace.</p><p><strong>Duties&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Provide quality occupational therapy services to patients at Toronto Rehab Bickle Centre within the framework of patient centered care</li><li>Communicate effectively with members of the inter-professional team</li><li>Provide education to patients, their families, occupational therapy students and interdisciplinary team members</li><li>Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, meetings, committees and quality initiatives in the Department and relevant Programs/Services</li><li>Assist with coverage of other service areas where required.
