At Kosta Browne we strive to make some of the greatest Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the world, while providing a safe, educational, and enjoyable work environment. Kosta Browne has the honor of sourcing fruit from the most highly acclaimed vineyards in California and we take great pride in delivering exceedingly sought-after wines. We are looking for individuals who are truly passionate about wine, whose selfless work and dedication will be devoted towards creating an incredibly compelling wine.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;What we will ask you to do:</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;Perform grape receiving and processing activities.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;Make additions to musts and wine.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;Monitor fermentation.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;Perform barrel activities (cleaning, filling, and topping).</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;Conduct some field sampling.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;Drive a forklift.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;Perform cap management practices (punch-downs, pump-overs, and foot treading).</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;Follow sanitation protocols for equipment, tank, and winery.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;What you will need:</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;Must have a positive attitude and be reliable, on-time and engaged.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;Ability to work both independently and as a team member.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;Ability to understand and comply with all safety requirements.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;Effective communication.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;Good reading, writing, and math skills.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;Ability to lift up to 42lbs.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;Ability to work in various temperatures.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;Valid CA driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record preferred.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;What we will provide:</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;The hourly range for this position is $22-25.00.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;Discounts on wine and merchandise.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;Sick time accrual.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;A diverse team of coworkers that care about each other in a fun, exciting work environment.</p><p>&nbsp;&bull; &nbsp;A company that promotes from within, provides great training and development programs and opportunities.</p></div></div></div></div>\n",
