Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities (Corporate, Travel Agents, OTA, Groups) Conduct sales calls, site visits, and client meetings Build and maintain a strong client database 2. Revenue Generation Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Maximize room revenue, occupancy, and average rate (ARR) Promote hotel services, packages, and offers 3. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing clients Handle client queries, negotiations, and contracts Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business 4. Market Analysis Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies Provide inputs for sales strategy and business planning Identify potential market segments and opportunities 5. Coordination Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, and F&B for bookings and events Ensure smooth execution of group bookings and corporate stays Work closely with revenue and operations teams 6. Reporting & Administration Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions Update CRM systems and sales trackers Key Skills & Competencies: Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and networking abilities Result-oriented and target-driven mindset Good knowledge of hotel sales and revenue concepts Qualifications: Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred 3–6 years of experience in hotel sales Knowledge of local market and corporate segment preferred
