Description Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development Identify and develop new business opportunities (Corporate, Travel Agents, OTA, Groups) Conduct sales calls, site visits, and client meetings Build and maintain a strong client database 2. Revenue Generation Achieve monthly and annual sales targets Maximize room revenue, occupancy, and average rate (ARR) Promote hotel services, packages, and offers 3. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with existing clients Handle client queries, negotiations, and contracts Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business 4. Market Analysis Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies Provide inputs for sales strategy and business planning Identify potential market segments and opportunities 5. Coordination Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, and F&B for bookings and events Ensure smooth execution of group bookings and corporate stays Work closely with revenue and operations teams 6.
