    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><div><link href=\"https://static.workforcenow.adp.com/mas/mdf-components/25.18.26/styles/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><strong>About the Role</strong>:</div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The primary responsibility of the Kalmbach Nutritional Services (KNS) Ruminant Formulation Nutritionist is the formulation and optimization of ruminant diets and feeding programs for both KNS and its customers. In this office-based role you will have the opportunity to communicate directly with customers, nutritionists, and sales representatives, providing nutritional support. The ideal candidate will enjoy problem solving and have a strong interest in how nutrition affects animal growth and well-being.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Responsible for the formulation of diets according to nutritionist, sales force, and/or customers&rsquo; requests.</li><li>Contribute to management of ingredient specifications and quality for best-cost formulation, pricing, and sourcing.</li><li>Assist with forecasting ingredient needs and economic projections for KNS and its customers.</li><li>Understanding of Kalmbach&rsquo;s nutritional products and services.</li><li>Organize regular quality testing of formulation specifications</li><li>Assist in onboarding new ingredients.</li><li>Assist quality and compliance teams on nutritional information.</li></ul><p><strong>The Right Candidate:</strong></p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0in;\"><li>Minimum of a B.S.</li><li>Experience with computers and familiar with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs. Formulation software experience is also very helpful.</li><li>Demonstrate excellent organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and communication (oral and written) skills.</li><li>2-5 years experience with the formulation of ruminant diets</li><li>Must be detail-oriented and systematic in designing and executing short- and long-term objectives.</li><li>Previous experience in the livestock, feed, or nutrition industries is preferred, but not required.</li><li>Data oriented</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:-.25pt;\"><strong>About the Team:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:-.25pt;\">At Kalmbach Feeds we believe our Nutrition Team is a key part of our company; helping us deliver extraordinary service to our customers.
