          "text": "<p>We are seeking a dynamic <strong>Graphic Designer </strong>with experience in commercial real estate and confidence in their ability to provide critical support to our sales professionals. This highly organized candidate has a keen eye for detail, ensures a high standard of quality, delivers a customer service-oriented attitude, and thrives in a deadline-driven and fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul><li>Layout and produce Stream branded and custom marketing materials to promote Stream property listings, including but not limited to- brochures, email blasts, websites, proposals, new business presentations, invitations, signage, and environmental graphics</li><li>Bring clients story to life by designing tailored collateral for client properties through print and digital assets</li><li>Format research-based data and create graphics that portray a visually compelling story such as market reports, newsletters, infographics, statistical graphs, charts and tables</li><li>Work closely with 3rd party agencies and print vendors to estimate projects and oversee production</li><li>Champion and become an expert level user for Stream's relevant suite of marketing technology tools</li><li>Translate creative strategy into creative direction, designing with a bigger picture in mind, and preparing presentations, all with exceptional follow-through</li><li>Translate core commercial real estate concepts into design strategy</li><li>Stay in front of design and marketing trends that help to generate brand awareness and position our professionals</li><li>Work collaboratively with the marketing team and internal clients to discuss and determine best design strategy and approach given the context of any marketing project</li></ul>",
