          "text": "<p><strong>Fortune Brands is looking to hire a Lead CAE Engineer to join our Product Development Innovations organization.&#xa0;</strong></p><p><strong>As Lead CAE Engineer, you'll own the following:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Lead and manage COE simulation driven design and R&amp;D activities</li><li>Develop and implement a simulation technology roadmap to close capability gaps and enable product innovation.</li><li>Lead implementation of modal based systems engineering, digital twins, and predictive maintenance strategies.</li><li>Support new product development team with DFMEA validation through Multiphysics simulations</li><li>Integrate upfront simulation driven design space exploration process into the product development cycle</li><li>Deliver custom simulation training, create performance plans and mentoring programs for the engineering team</li><li>Create guided analysis workflows, templates, and simulation apps to the design team</li><li>Implement simulation governance protocols, quality measure &amp; checks to ensure simulation accuracy</li><li>Lead validation and correlation of the analytical models with test &amp; field data</li><li>Lead and manage the implementation of the high-performance computing/hardware infrastructure and resources for faster and accurate simulations.</li><li>Act as material subject matter expert across the company</li><li>Maintain a customized material database for the engineering team</li><li>Use advanced simulation to reduce product cost and product complexities</li><li>Communicate technical information (data, designs and updates) to a non-technical audience</li></ul><p><strong>Location</strong>: This position is eligible for hybrid schedule working out of our North Olmsted, OH or Maumee, OH offices with remote days on Mondays and Fridays.&#xa0;</p>",

          "text": "<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required</li><li>A minimum of 8 years of experience in <strong>CAE simulation &amp; technology implementation</strong></li><li>Fluent in the use of <strong>3-D CAD</strong> (SolidWorks&#xa0;preferred) and PC’s</li><li><strong>Hands-on experience with commercial CAE tools (e.g., ANSYS Mechanical, Fluent, Ls-Dyna, optiSLang)</strong></li><li>Experience integrating simulation with test correlation, design optimization, and manufacturing considerations.</li><li>Track record of driving simulation-led design decisions at the system and component levels.</li><li>Key Leadership Attributes:<ul><li>Strategic, systems-level thinker with strong technical judgment.</li><li>Influential leader who builds trust across organizations.</li><li>Passionate about developing people and advancing engineering capability.</li></ul></li><li>Written and verbal communication skills for dealing with multiple levels of staff, customers and suppliers</li><li>Proficiency in Spanish and/or Mandarin are beneficial but optional</li></ul>",

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is Hiring Pay Range: $105,000 USD - $165,000 USD.
