    "description": "<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-weight: bold; text-decoration: underline\">Baker</span></span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Kirk Market invites qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the full-time position of Baker to join our fast-paced, highly skilled, Bakery team!</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Preparation of a large variety of pastries, breads and other related products.</span></li>\n<li><span>Assist in ordering and inventory control of ingredients and supplies.</span></li>\n<li><span>Receive and prepare orders.</span></li>\n<li><span>Bag and package products.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work night shifts.</span></li>\n<li><span>Proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Requirements: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in a similar baking and retail environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Baking certification is desirable (not required).</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to perform basic mathematics.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work in hot environment, stand, walk, bend, use hands and appliances, and lift heavy items (up to 50lbs) for extended periods.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span>Excellent customer service skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span>Work hours:</span></p>\n<p><span>40 hour work week.
