This individual should be customer-focused and committed to ensuring the highest degree of end-user satisfaction, as well as being well versed in the fundamentals of alarm service, wiring, and installation.</p><p>&nbsp;<u>Job Requirements:</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Must possess a strong commitment to customer service and an enthusiastic demeanor</li><li>Minimum of 2-year alarm experience preferred</li><li>Must have a high school diploma or GED certificate</li><li>Must be able to work flexible hours and days with the understanding that workdays can be more than normal hours. The standard work week is Tuesday through Saturday.</li><li>Must have a valid Driver&rsquo;s license&nbsp;</li><li>Must be able to pass a criminal background, drug screening, and DMV background check</li><li>Must be able to obtain State licensing requirements.</li></ul><p><u>Key Competencies:</u></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Installation and termination security equipment, coaxial cable, and Cat5e cable</li><li>Clear and professional communication skills</li><li>Knowledge and understanding of common alarm systems</li><li>Ability to read and understand programming guides and manuals&nbsp;</li><li>Home camera system experience preferred</li><li>Identifying and recommending additional equipment and services based on customer needs</li><li>Educating the customer about ordered and installed services</li><li>Verification of proper device installation and testing of equipment</li><li>Proficiency in low voltage cable installation techniques</li><li>Working knowledge of tools used in alarm industries</li><li>Basic knowledge of routers and home networking</li><li>Inventory management and accuracy</li><li>Home automation of lifestyle devices</li></ul><p>Multiband Global is the one source for all things to do with designing, deploying, and supporting technology &ndash; from cable to cloud.
