          "text": "<p>Responsible for overseeing and performing a wide range of operational and facility support tasks, including but not limited to general housekeeping, sanitation, and area clean-up. Leads efforts in sweeping, painting, lubrication (oiling, greasing, etc.), and power washing to ensure a safe and well-maintained environment.&#xa0;</p><p>Operates and ensures proper use of equipment such as motorized forklifts, while supporting team members in lifting and&#xa0;scissor lift and floor scrubber.&#xa0;Provides guidance and direction to others on task execution, prioritization, and adherence to safety and quality standards.&#xa0;</p><p>Maintains accountability for completing assigned work efficiently and supports supervision in driving daily operations, addressing issues, and ensuring all&#xa0;additional&#xa0;duties are carried out as assigned.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities&#xa0;</strong></p><ol><li><p>Perform CIP and Manual cleanings.&#xa0;</p></li></ol><ol><li><p>Maintain facility cleaning.&#xa0;</p></li></ol><ol><li><p>Oversee Sanitation team and escalate issues to Sanitation Supervisor.&#xa0;</p></li></ol><ol><li><p>Assist&#xa0;in investigating Food Safety and Quality issues.&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ol><ol><li><p>Sustain Programs and Policies: develop,&#xa0;implement&#xa0;and&#xa0;monitor&#xa0;plant sanitation and hygiene program policies to ensure compliance and support business objectives&#xa0;</p></li></ol><ol><li><p>Develop SSOP&#xa0;</p></li></ol><ol><li><p>Administration Sanitation Program: responsible for developing and recommending corrective action where environmental and health hazards exist.&#xa0;Identify, monitor, correct and&#xa0;eliminate&#xa0;gaps between the plant practice and sanitation policies&#xa0;</p></li></ol><ol><li><p>This position will conduct audits, evaluate, teach and train to improve plant sanitation&#xa0;&#xa0;</p></li></ol><ol><li><p>This position&#xa0;is responsible for&#xa0;monitoring housekeeping and hygiene standards&#xa0;</p></li></ol><ol><li><p>Food Safety Requirements: the plant sanitation supervisor will&#xa0;ensure&#xa0;the Food Safety, Quality and Regulatory compliance standards are&#xa0;being met&#xa0;throughout the performance of the day-to-day duties.
