font-size: 12pt\">Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><br></span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Summary Description</span></p>\n<p>Under the supervision of the BAS Service Manager, provides all engineering for systems additions, service contracts and time and materials contracts.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complies with and ensures compliance with all Tri-M safety policies and procedures.</li>\n<li>Complies with and ensures compliance with all Tri-M employment policies and procedures including standards of conduct and appearance to reflect positively on the Company.</li>\n<li>Assist in updating customer’s front-end systems, schedules, alarms, reports, and graphics for any system additions.</li>\n<li>Assist with as-builts for system additions as required.</li>\n<li>Assist in system additions design and submittals as required.</li>\n<li>Assist in system addition programming as required.</li>\n<li>Work with technicians to verify operation of equipment for system additions or service-related issues.</li>\n<li>Backups of front ends for system additions or service customers as required.</li>\n<li>Maintain documentation for preventative maintenance service contracts.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em> </em></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Requirements</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Skills/Education:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s mechanical or electrical engineering college degree or equivalent work experience.</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications:  Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access</li>\n<li>Experience in troubleshooting</li>\n<li>Programming experience</li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of drafting software (preferably AutoCAD or Visio)</li>\n<li>Basic programming experience (Visual Basic, Fortran, C++, Pascal)</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills with good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.</li>\n<li>Excellent human relations and communication skills</li>\n<li>Self-starter</li>\n<li>Excellent customer service skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Working a minimum of 40 hours/week</li>\n<li>Sitting 6 to 8 hours/day.</li>\n<li>Lifting weights of 0 to 30 lbs. from floor to above shoulders.</li>\n<li>Repetitive use of hands for writing, typing, data entry, and filing.</li>\n<li>Vision adequate for computer use and reading.</li>\n<li>Hearing adequate for phone use.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Standing, climbing, kneeling, reaching, bending, twisting, and walking as needed to perform site surveys to collect data for project design.</li>\n<li>Balance adequate for climbing ladders, scaffolds, and lifts</li>\n<li>Environmental factors include working in temperature extremes of 0 F to 100 F up to 8 hours inside or outside; atmospheric exposure to dust, gases, fumes, odors; and poor ventilation in confined spaces.</li>\n<li>Special hazards include exposure to mechanical, electrical, chemical, and explosive hazards.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Personal protective equipment includes use of hard hat, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves and hearing protection.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
